Welcome to Carnival of the Cats #251. This is the first carnival of 2009. My pet human is amazed. The first time she came across the CotC was in early 2006. Almost three years ago. Yowzaa!
I’m happy to say goodbye to 2008. What a year! The economy, the election, the mortgage crisis, Iraq, Afghanistan, terrorism in India….the list goes on. I’m ready for some good news!
Currently I’m packing my bags and getting ready to head to Washington. Obama thinks he won the election, but my poll says otherwise. 12 votes….8 were for me, 4 for Obama, and 0 for McCain. My pet human shakes her head and mumbles about electoral votes, but she’s silly. If Obama is sitting in my chair in the Oval Office when I arrive, he WILL move aside. I’m in charge!
So without further ado, here’s the first CotC of 09.

At Anniemiz, Miles and Lizzie head out in the stroller to Petco for photos with Santa…..ummmm, but we don’t get to see them. Bad human!
Misty is not feeling well, and had some bad news from the vet. Her little sister, JB is being really good to her to help her feel better.
Sharon at Watermark needs advice! Her kitten is not taking baths. (ahem! How embarrassing!) Anyone have advice?
