Welcome everyone to my Hams of the Werld Yoga Class and Luau! Sorry I’m late, but the pet human was in bed for three days. She says she was sick, but I think she was just goofing off.
Anyway, let’s start with a nice relaxing yoga class. Everyone grab a mat if you didn’t bring your own.
Now, let’s all head to the lovely and peaceful Hawaiian Garden at the Dole Pineapple Headquarters. Dole also grows bananas, so if you wish to help yourself to nanners, the nice people at Dole said: “go for it!!!”
Aaaaah!!! Instead of incense today for yoga class, we have beautiful plumeria blossoms to sniff.
Everyone, take a deep breath, hold for a moment, let the world drift away, hear the peaceful sound of the ocean waves…….
exhale……
and follow along

There’s a funny novel called Moist which is set in Hawaii. It’s about a fight between two different Hawaiian mafias who try to control the catering at a Hollywood movie. There’s lots of shooting, and baking of pigs, and stuff.
It’s by an old friend named Mark H. Smith.
When I saw the pig and stuff, I recognized all of it from the novel.
I love everything Hawaiian. This was a great post…I suddenly want a slice of ham.
